At HAWQ we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information.

 

You may request deletion of your HAWQ account at any time.

 

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

When an account deletion request is approved:

• Your login credentials will be removed

• Your profile information will be deleted

• Your app usage data will be deleted

• Marketing communications will cease

 

Data We May Retain

Certain information may be retained where required:

• Legal obligations

• Fraud prevention

• Regulatory compliance

• Contractual obligations

• Anonymised reporting data

 

Where assessment data has been anonymised and incorporated into aggregated reporting, it can no longer be linked back to you and may be retained for statistical purposes.
